Pointricity – loyalty program for events rewards attendees for actions that lead to revenue and captures valuable data for leads that can help in future marketing campaigns. Pointricity is a behavioural loyalty program that rewards attendees for their time and actions, whether it is visiting a store, attending a webinar, or completing a survey. The program enables partners to reward their customers for their time and interactions, which is not the case with traditional loyalty programs that only reward customers after they make a purchase.
Here is a list of some notable features/implementations we did on the Pontricity project:
- Multi-vendor implementation: This feature allows multiple vendors to participate in the loyalty program. This means that attendees can earn points by engaging with multiple vendors, which can lead to increased revenue for the vendors and a better experience for the attendees.
- CRM integration with Zoho CRM: This feature enables the integration of customer relationship management software with the loyalty program. This integration allows for the collection of valuable data on attendees, which can be used to improve future marketing campaigns.
- Two-factor authentication via Twilio: This feature ensures the security of the loyalty program by requiring two-factor authentication. This means that attendees must provide two forms of identification to access the program, which helps to prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
- Payment system integration with Stripe: This feature enables the integration of payment processing software with the loyalty program. This integration allows attendees to make purchases using the loyalty program, which can lead to increased revenue for the vendors.
- Custom loyalty program implementation: This feature refers to the creation of a loyalty program that is tailored to the client’s needs. This means that the loyalty program is designed to meet the specific requirements of the client, which can lead to a better experience for the attendees.
- Transactional email implementation: This feature refers to the use of transactional emails to communicate with customers. This means that attendees receive emails that are relevant to their interactions with the loyalty program, which can lead to increased engagement and a better experience.
